Frank Filippo
Frank is the founder of Elevate. He has spent 25+ years in leadership roles navigating large, complex organizations with global teams.
Frank has held management roles in consulting, technology and media, working frequently in and across the Fortune 500. He spent nearly 20 years at Dow Jones where he ran commercial and operational units with $1B+ in revenue and 2500+ colleagues, and he was also Chief Transformation Officer. Frank has deep experience in general management, strategic turnarounds, M&A integrations, and enterprise-wide reorganizations. He was a board member at the International Center of Photography and News Media Alliance.
Over his career, Frank became inspired by mentorship and coaching. He was a mentor for veterans entering the workforce at American Corporate Partners. Frank developed advanced business and leadership skills at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and he is an ICF-certified Executive Coach. Frank is now dedicated full-time to helping executives elevate.
